Three Layer Co-extrusion Haul-Off rotary film blowing machine

Use:

This film blowing machine is applicable for the materials such as LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, MLLDPE, EVA, EAA etc. It is widely used to manufacture composite film basic material, liquid film, contractive film, protective film, cable film, macromolecule adhesive film, multifunctional industrial film products.

Performances and characteristics:

 1.The tractor adopts horizontal swing rotation, It replaces die rotation and simplifies die structure. It avoids some problems such as leakage, poor sealing and maintenance, which caused by die rotation.

 2. It overcomes uneven size of film roll and uneven tightness of sides, and ensures good film smoothness.

 3. The EPS photoelectricity correct error system:automatically rectifies a deviation and ensures rolls regularly.

 4. Air cushioned steel guide roller & new type of expander roll with curved axis rotate and guide,so film is regular and flat.

 5. High accurate mold and efficient air ring cooling system ensure good film, even thickness and high output efficiency.
