Performance and Characteristics
1) Application: applied to BOPP, PET, CPP, PVCD, al-plated film, al-tissue
as well as the compound film and paper with the same properties. The
mechanical speed is 70m/min
2) Main transmission unit: adopts alternating current frequency transforming
vector to control the motor. The heat beat and rubber-plated mesh
roller synchronism adopt swing arms to control its tightness and
looseness, which is characterized by assuring the tightness looseness
of the films in the oven channels
3) Feeder: group 1 and 2 feeders adopt double working stations to pre-start,
auto discharging unit and pneumatic rectifier while the tension adopts auto
tension unit, which is characterized by assuring the evenness of compound
film's tension
4) Rubber-plated unit: the mesh rollers control the scrapping and inking amount.
The thickness of rubber can be adjusted freely through the ink scrappers.
While the rubber roller adopts double air cylinder to higher the pressure,
whereas the pressure can be adjusted freely. It is also equipped with
rubber-plated film while stopping to lift automatically
5) Construction of oven channel: the temperature in the oven channel through
four-pace intelligent thermo-controller, equipped with inner cycling unit. The
material-protecting roller and the heat beat can rotate synchronically
6) Compound heat beat and impression roller unit: compound heat beat is
heated through the hot oil to make the temperature of the heat beat evenly,
saving electricity. The press roller adopts double air cylinder. While the
pressure can be adjusted freely
